M&R Growth Group was founded by Brie Moran after spending 15 years in business development roles at creative agencies and marketing technology companies. Beginning her career as an entry-level grunt at McCann, Brie worked her way up and learned the ins-and-outs of the industry, having most recently served as the SVP of Business Development to London-based MSQ Partners where she was responsible for overseeing the growth efforts of eight separate agencies

Noticing a need to improve the processes by which marketing and advertising companies attempt to secure new business, Brie started M&R Growth Group at the start of 2021. Her experience includes pitching RFPs for multi-national holding groups, generating opportunities for emerging MarTech start-ups, and drumming up new clients for almost every type of agency in the industry.

Brie, her team, and her 180 pound Newfoundland Chewbacca, are based out of downtown Manhattan. She graduated summa cum laude from Colgate University with a B.A. in political science and earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School where she specialized in intellectual property and business law.
